Once diagnosed, I was able to get my mood, emotions, and my life under control for the first time! I was finally prescribed the appropriate medication, learned and researched about how to skillfully manage Bipolar II Disorder, did a lot of therapy, and implemented lifestyle changes that drastically improved my quality of life! I was able to successfully complete graduate school and start a business, all while skilfully managing Bipolar II Disorder.
